Subchapter T all-aluminum, catamaran high-speed commuter ferry vessel project. Prepared functional specification for New Jersey Transit; Member of Technical Advisory Committee tasked with reviewing and analyzing all contractor proposals and providing comments and recommendations; new construction supervision oversight and inspection services to follow.

Project Manager, burner management and combustion control systems conversion from analog (Kockums) to digital programmable controller (Texas Instrument) involving complete reconfiguration of boiler wind box, burner assemblies, flow orifices and transmitters, with 16-man riding crew underway
