Engineering Ethics Clashes and Crashes

“Engineering Ethics Clashes and Crashes”

Author:  Rik van Hemmen

Presented at SNAME NY Metropolitan Chapter, May 9, 2018

While most engineers intuitively behave to a high standard of ethics, their actual knowledge of engineering ethics actually tends to be quite superficial.

This is a presentation on engineering ethics that Rik van Hemmen presented at USMMA, Kings Point at the SNAME Metropolitican section meeting. It reviews and discusses the differences in Engineering Codes of Ethics and makes reference to a number of ethics case studies.
